For the implementation of the shipbuilding plant project in the suburbs of Aktau, a land plot was defined at the address: Mangistau region, Aktau, Umirzak village, coastal zone.

All required permits from local authorities and Kazkhstanee Government is in the process : accreditations, certificates, licenses

• Preparation of parts and assembly units for painting, with a chamber of a roller-type shot blasting machine QH6925, a zone for manual processing of products.

• Painting, with the SPK GROUP painting line, including: a phosphating chamber, an open painting area, a sliding drying chamber.

• Each section of the workshop is equipped with a 10-ton beam crane, transport trolleys, and a supply and exhaust ventilation system.

• An open slipway for installation and outfitting of manufactured ships with slipway trucks and a transverse slipway,

• Open slipway for dock repair of operated ships with slipway trucks,

• Pier for lifting ships for dock repairs. with crane 600 tons.

• Frame two-story building. On the ground floor there is an electrical assembly shop, a woodworking shop, a mechanical shop (repair of ship mechanisms), a laboratory, on the second floor there are utility rooms, a dining room.
